Nothing lasts forever, Daddy.
Nothing's here for sure.
Things like love that's "unconditional"
Turn corrupted and impure.

Things like that little girl you loved,
Things like your daughter's heart,
Nothing lasts forever, Dad,
You tore that girl apart.

She never meant to disrespect,
She just wanted you to see,
Through all the fighting and neglect,
I was to born just to be me.

Why couldn't you have understood?
Or tried, at least, to care?
Instead, we're giving up again,
I'll move on without you there.

You denied I was your child,
Because I'm not as you demanded,
I was thrown out of your life so fast,
I can't believe you've left me stranded.

Daddy, nothing lasts forever,
And I'll assure you, this I know,
Despite the bruises and the tears,
Still I am to reap what I sow.

Thoughts are buzzing in my mind,
How did things work out this way?

My dad wants nothing to do with me now :/ I didn't even tell him anything yet! o.o .... we just got in another fight and- I'm unwelome in his life and heart now. And turns out there's a stupid difference between "discipline" and "abuse" open hand vs. closed fist. Really? The guy slaps me and its "discipline" okaaaaaaay then Child Protection Services, way to do your job... >.> .... no matter! Because I can get over this... :3 I'll just keep pretending like I'll get adopted or something XD
